However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days from time of purchase. To be eligible, all returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Credits will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
If you simply want to exchange any products for a bigger/smaller size, just fill in the RETURNS FORM and let us know what size you would like to get instead. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
EXCEPTIONS
All personalised EDDGY ID Tags are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or faulty. General wear and tear of any items are exempted from any refunds or exchanges.
RETURN POSTAGE
Customers are responsible for paying the postage and packaging for returns unless our products arrive damaged or faulty.
