  • Once your order has been processed, you can't change any details in the system. But if life circumstances change, get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate a change of order for you.

  • We always recommend to get your pup's measurements before selecting the size, you can find an easy to understand SIZE GUIDE on our site.If you have any doubts or questions, hit us up on the live chat and we will be happy to help.

  • We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of ordering - no faffing about. Enjoy worry-free shipping, all orders are trackable and fully insured!

    We currently use Hermes to send out your packages with a standard UK shipping rate of £4.50, they will aim to deliver your parcel in 2 to 4 days, including weekends.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

  • We hope you and your doggo love the products!However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund within 14 days from time of purchase. To be eligible, all returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Credits will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

    NOTE: we cannot exchange customised products.

  • If you simply want to exchange any products for a bigger/smaller size, just fill in the RETURNS FORM and let us know what size you would like to get instead. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

  • Customers are responsible for paying the postage and packaging for returns unless our products arrive damaged or faulty.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All EDDGY collars, harnesses and leads are made of 100% recycled materials.

    We use post consumer recycled plastic bottles also known as rPET to make durable webbing, eco-friendly rubber for logos and recycled rPET for buckles and other bits!

    How cool is that?!

  • Gently hand wash your items in lukewarm water with mild soap and allow to air dry. 

    IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO PUT YOUR ITEMS IN THE WASHER AND DRYER.

  • Our products are made to be very durable, but not indestructible.

    Gently remind your best friend that it is not a toy on walks if he tends to bite his lead. We suggest keeping the products in a safe place when not in use.
